My stay was enjoyable overall! The hotel has a great location, right in the heart of the village which made exploring easy. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience, and the breakfast was a nice start to each day. However, the rooms had some HVAC issues which made it uncomfortable at times, and the dining area struggled to keep up with the number of families during peak hours.
Our stay was rather disappointing as the hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering it’s under the Hilton brand. While the location was fantastic, providing easy access to attractions, the room was uncomfortable due to the murphy bed and lacked essential amenities. On the brighter side, it was well-maintained and clean. Unfortunately, the service did not match the friendly demeanor one would hope for at a Hilton property, and the dining experience could definitely be improved with more variety.
Overall, I had a great stay at the hotel. The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of the action, and the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. The breakfast options were adequate, but there were a few times when they ran low on food items. The pool area was a nice touch, though it could have used better management regarding towel availability. The value for money was commendable, especially during the holiday season.
Our stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, especially with its ski in and ski out convenience. The room we had, a one-bedroom loft condo, offered amazing views of the mountains. While I appreciated the sauna and hot tub facilities, there were a few downsides like the slow check-in and the issues with booking clarity that made the experience less ideal at times.
Our stay at Homewood Suites in Mont Tremblant was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, putting us right in the heart of the resort and close to all the activities. However, the suite was in dire need of deep cleaning, and the breakfast could use significant improvement. Overall, while the location is a big plus, the condition of the rooms and dining experience were quite disappointing.
